elevated views friendly staff
the beautiful premier sea view room had lovely elevated views of the pool and beach. the horizon. the housekeeping staff were friendly and kept the room lovely and clean.
the room was next to a road , so it was very loud.

Average stay with a couple of issues
unjustified service charge unstaffed pool
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had lots of choices.
The pool bar was rarely staffed so getting drinks was difficult. A 10% service charge was applied to all orders, even when there was no actual service. It seemed unjustified. The lack of poolside service felt strange, given the added fee.

attentive staff beautiful sea view good pool
the staff was attentive. the room provided a beautiful sea view. i had a wonderful stay. the facilities included a good pool area. miss niu was knowledgeable. her warm smile contributed to a special meal. she is kind, and i look forward to her service again.

The hotel location was acceptable. It was close to many shops.
The pool bar service was slow. It took a very long time to get a drink. the bar area often felt messy, this was dissapointing.

excellent stay with few minor setbacks
breakfast buffet ideal location really good service
i was pleased with several aspects of the hotel. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. the location was ideal with easy access to local shops. the staff provided really good service throughout my 6-night stay, demonstrating attentiveness to detail.
however, i encountered an issue with the room's air conditioning. it produced a persistent, noticeable noise throughout the night. this disturbance affected my sleep quality .

The hotel features a well kept pool area. It included ample loungers. there is a dedicated fitness center that has several cardio machines. guests also have direct beach access through a private path.

the hotel is situated directly on the beach. several restaurants and shops are located within a short walk of the hotel. transportation options, including taxis and tuk-tuks, are easily accessible outside the hotel! though the taxis can be expensive.

excellent beachfront stay
direct access short walk friendly staff
I stayed for several nights and loved the direct beach access. the pool area was a short walk from the rooms. staff were nice. I especially remember kim who always had a smile. the security guard always greeted me with a friendly attitude.
The breakfast buffet could use a few more food options. It was the only slight downside.

charming beachfront retreat
beachfront location pool loungers friendly staff
the hotel is right on the beach, really convenient. the pool area offered plenty of loungers for everyone. rooms were spacious with efficient air conditioning, it made relaxing very easy. the staff were friendly greeting me when i walked past the front desk.
the menu for lunch and dinner remained the same daily, it was quite disappointing. i wanted more variety . limiting dining options to one restaurant for all three meals felt repetitive.
